I’m unable to “add library” in Kontakt / Where is my serial number for Native Access?
We currently do not offer serial numbers for any of our products. This is normal as none of our products are official Kontakt Player or Powered by KONTAKT libraries. To load the instruments, you will need to locate the respective patches in the ‘Files’ tab with the full version of Kontakt. 
 
I see “Demo Mode” when playing your instruments.
This is because you have loaded our patches into the free version of Kontakt. You will need to use the full retail version to avoid this. 
 
Can I get a discount?
To keep things fair for all of our customers, we can only offer the prices and deals advertised on our website. 
 
Do you have a “complete-your-bundle” program? 
Not at this time. 
 
I just purchased ‘X’ product but have decided I’d like the bundle now instead. 
Those who take a leap of faith purchasing our bundles are rewarded with the savings. In good conscience we cannot offer the same savings to those who are looking to “complete” their bundle. It just wouldn’t be fair. We can only entertain bundle completions if the initial purchase wasn’t downloaded and that we are immediately contacted after that purchase. This can sometimes happen when folks are unaware that a particular bundle exists. 
 
Can I write a demo in exchange for ‘X’ library?
We are not looking for any new demo composers at this time. 
 
Do you offer educational discounts?
No. With that said, if you’re an educator looking to purchase licenses in bulk for your class (10 or more), please email us for rates.
